Lynnette is a Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Omaha School of Massage Therapy. Passionate about her work, Lynette’s focus lies in Deep Tissue, a method of massage that relieves stress and tension by way of exact trigger points throughout the body. For a soothing and relaxing treatment, Lynnette offers a Hot Stone massage, a specialty that incorporates Swedish and Deep Tissue strokes while manipulating the stones over the body. The heated, smooth stones soothe and relax the muscles and nerves while increasing circulation and flushing lactic acid. Lynnette practices Reflexology with many of her clients. Reflexology balances the whole body and supports good health through pressure points along the feet.
